The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes, driving culinary innovation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.
  • Design and develop menus, incorporating creativity while maintaining the restaurant’s concept and standards.
  • Manage and lead the kitchen team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage ordering, and control food costs effectively.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
  • Collaborate with management on pricing, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • Handle any kitchen-related issues and implement improvements where necessary.
