The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes, driving culinary innovation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen management.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Oversee the daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.
- → Design and develop menus, incorporating creativity while maintaining the restaurant’s concept and standards.
- → Manage and lead the kitchen team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- → Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- → Monitor stock levels, manage ordering, and control food costs effectively.
- → Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- → Collaborate with management on pricing, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- → Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- → Handle any kitchen-related issues and implement improvements where necessary.
Requirements

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Creativity and passion for delivering high-quality cuisine.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
