Medical Director

Leadership opportunity in BC! Creston Veterinary Hospital (CVH) is seeking a talented, experienced, and compassionate Mixed Animal DVM or Small Animal DVM to join our team in a Medical Director & Veterinarian capacity.

Experienced Medical Directors are preferred, but an experienced Veterinarian with a disposition towards leadership and a positive attitude would also be considered. Our ideal candidate possesses exemplary communication skills, a high degree of integrity, and experience mentoring early-stage Veterinarians.

CVH has 3 full-time Associate DVMs, 1 part-time DVM, a Traveling Veterinarian that works in the Winter & Summer, 4 RVTs, and an amazing support staff roster! Approximately 70% of the caseload is Small Animal, with the remaining 30% Large. The large-animal work is primarily Dairy, with some Beef and Equine remaining. There is significant demand and opportunity to build up the Equine case load. Small Animal & Equine DVMs welcome! Small Animal & Dairy DVMs welcome!

Our facility is fully equipped with an in-house laboratory and pharmacy, digital radiology (including a dental and portable unit), medical-grade laser, ultrasound (in-house and portable), and a full array of large and small animal surgical equipment.
