In addition to the $20 or $21 per hour, you'll have the opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses:

Up to $275/month Productivity Bonus
Up to $750/month for Shown Appointments
Up to $200/month Quality & Call Performance Bonus

Answer inbound customer calls
Schedule service appointments for dealership service departments
Assist customers with questions and service-related needs
Accurately document customer interactions
Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
Navigate multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail
Deliver an exceptional experience to every guest, every time

Positive, professional communication skills
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
Call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply

Excellent customer service skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Keyboard skills of 50 plus wpm
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Ability to interact well with a diverse group of people

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; and six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; and one to two years of related experience and/or training in a customer service or receptionist or similar position. One year prior experience in a dealership; or equivalent combination of education and experience
