The Regional Manager – Service Center Operations will lead the launch, expansion, and operational management of PakWheels Service Centers in Rawalpindi/Islamabad and surrounding regions. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, retail sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and business expansion while ensuring successful project execution and alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup, launch, and expansion of Service Centers across Rawalpindi/Islamabad and assigned territories.
- Act as the project owner by coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Manage the recruitment, training, and development of Service Center teams.
- Develop and manage supply chain operations, including vendor and supplier relationships.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with suppliers and business partners.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Service Centers, ensuring operational efficiency and service quality.
- Drive sales performance, revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of operational targets.
- Develop site-wise business plans and identify opportunities for retail expansion and network development.
- Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and business research to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, margins, KPIs, and team productivity on a regular basis.
- Ensure customer service excellence and maintain company standards for quality, pricing, and operational compliance.
- Lead and manage both blue-collar and white-collar teams across the region.
- Prepare operational reports, business reviews, and strategic recommendations for management.
Requirements
~1 min read- 6–10 years of relevant experience in retail operations, service industry, automotive services, or lubricants/oil marketing business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience in retail business development, network expansion, and operational management.
- Proven project management and leadership experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with lubricating oil marketing companies or automotive service businesses will be a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple Service Center operations and drive business growth.
