Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Identify and acquire new loan customers through field marketing and referrals
- →Promote and sell the bank’s loan products to individuals and businesses
- →Conduct credit assessments and ensure proper documentation of loan applications
- →Follow up on loan disbursements and repayments
- →Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- →Ensure compliance with the bank’s credit policies and procedures
- →Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or microfinance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the local market and business environment
- Sales and marketing skills
- Customer relationship management
- Credit analysis (basic level)
- Result-oriented mindset
