Sales Merchandiser

The Sales Merchandiser will be responsible for promoting Flexi MFB’s loan products by engaging prospective customers in assigned locations, creating product awareness, and generating qualified leads.

The role involves educating customers on available loan solutions, supporting the loan application process, and building strong customer relationships to drive loan disbursements while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential customers in markets and business areas
• Educate customers on available loan products and benefits
• Assist customers with loan applications and onboarding process
• Meet daily and weekly loan disbursement targets

Requirements

• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
• Must be comfortable working in the field (markets, shops, business areas)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates must either reside in Lagos, Calabar, Onitsha, Enugu, Ekiti or Ogun
