Pantheon Private Credit (“PPC”) was established in 2018 and manages approximately $15 billion in AUM, raising numerous drawdown and evergreen funds, SMAs and structured vehicles across the institutional, insurance and retail investor markets to take advantage of the growing private credit secondary market opportunity set. PPC was the first institution to raise a dedicated pool of capital focused on credit secondaries and is one of the most active and scaled buyers in the market. The team also co-invests across the private credit risk spectrum directly into companies and assets alongside credit GPs.
