Pantheon is seeking a highly motivated Associate to support the continued growth of our US Private Wealth business. This individual will play a key role across client service, product support, and sales enablement, working closely with senior sales professionals and cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate brings strong asset management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other due diligence questionnaires in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Assist with the preparation and monthly update of marketing and reporting materials
- Manage inbound requests from clients and prospective investors
- Support investor onboarding processes, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Manage and maintain prospect pipelines to support sales strategy execution
- Coordinate CRM updates, data integrity, and reporting
- Drive prospect engagement through targeted outreach and campaign follow-ups
- Provide analytical and logistical support for active sales opportunities
- Assist in supporting various sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Monitor and maintain competitive intelligence updates on key fund competitors
- Minimum 4 years of experience at an asset management firm
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
- Experience supporting sales, client service, or investor relations functions
- Private markets experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of private wealth distribution channels a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
