• Warmly greet and acknowledge guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every traveler.
• Accurately take, prepare, package, and deliver food and beverage orders according to brand standards.
• Operate the point-of-sale system while accurately handling cash, credit card, and mobile transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and promotions to assist guests and answer questions regarding dietary restrictions and food allergens.
• Prepare food items according to approved recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.
• Follow production schedules, prep lists, and operational procedures to ensure product quality and availability throughout service.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized workstations, service areas, storage rooms, and dining areas.
• Practice and uphold all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and notify management of product shortages or equipment concerns.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, rotating, dating, and storing food and beverage products to ensure freshness and quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations and ensure efficient service during peak travel periods.
• Maintain a positive attitude while adapting to changing business demands in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Follow all brand standards related to operational excellence, product quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
