Experienced Light Assemblers $16-18 plus shift premium pay

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling popular hand tools and parts into finished products, ensuring high quality and efficiency. • →Follow assembly instructions and schematics to accurately assemble components
• →Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
• →Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
• →Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
• →Maintain a clean and safe work environment

1st shift: 6:00 am -2:30 pm, M-F

2nd shift: 2:45 pm-12:45 am, M-TH

Pay: $16.00-18.00/HR (+$1 shift off-shift premium)

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required

• Ability to read and understand technical documents, such as blueprints and assembly manuals
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform tasks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
