Forklift Operator $17.50 an hour

Join our team at Parallel Employment as a Forklift Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in warehouse operations by safely and efficiently moving materials and products for one of our manufacturing customers in the Lancaster area. This position offers a starting wage of $17.50 per hour and is a first shift role.

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to transport goods within the warehouse, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring proper storage of materials. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• →Safely operate forklifts to load and unload merchandise.
• →Move materials to and from storage areas and production lines.
• →Conduct pre-operation safety checks on equipment.
• →Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
• →Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• →Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.

• Must have prior experience operating forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
