Call Center Technician-EMT

The Parker Jewish Institute, located in New Hyde Park, NY is seeking EMTs to join our Parker At Your Door program to serve as call center technicians.

Hiring for a full time schedule on the 9:00am-5:00pm shift
As a Call Center Technician, you will be responsible for scheduling/arranging medical appointments and transportation, as well as ensuring the safe and timely transportation of providers to community appointments.
This position requires an EMT Certification and a valid Driver License

Position Qualifications

Certified as an EMT in New York
High School Diploma or GED
Active and Valid Driver License
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to communicate clearly and concisely in English
Bilingual in another language a plus
