Dispatch Coordinator Lead

Dispatch Coordinator Lead supports day-to-day dispatch and logistics operations while providing direct supervision and guidance to assigned dispatch personnel. This role helps coordinate daily workload, supports dispatch platforms and monitoring systems, resolves operational issues, and ensures dispatchers have the tools and information needed to provide reliable customer service.

• →Provide day-to-day supervision, direction, and support to assigned dispatch personnel.
• →Coordinate dispatcher workloads, priorities, and coverage to support daily operations.
• →Provide hands-on dispatch support when needed and serve as an escalation point for operational issues.
• →Support the day-to-day operation and troubleshooting of commercial dispatch platforms and related logistics systems.
• →Monitor operational workflows, tank monitoring, telemetry, and system exceptions that may impact dispatch or field operations.
• →Coordinate with operations, technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve system or operational issues.
• →Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to dispatch personnel.
• →Assist with employee onboarding, scheduling, performance feedback, and other routine supervisory responsibilities.
• →Maintain and support dispatch procedures, documentation, reports, and operational processes.
• →Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve dispatch efficiency, consistency, and service.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch operations, fuel distribution, or related operations preferred.
• Previous supervisory, team lead, or demonstrated leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with dispatch, routing, monitoring, telemetry, or other operational technology platforms preferred.
• Working knowledge of Excel and operational reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
