How will you impact?
As a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Parser, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company by bringing in top talent. You will be responsible for driving innovative talent attraction strategies and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process across different geographies, including research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendation, negotiation, and acceptance.
- Keep systems and tools up to date and facilitate periodic hiring status reports to stakeholders
- Drive a consistent sourcing strategy. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs through networking, relationship building, and proactive sourcing.
- Adopt a data-driven approach to ensure an effective decision-making process and improve efficiency.
- Create engaging relationships with hiring managers, becoming the SME in the E2E hiring process to enable co-ownership of the hiring agenda.
- Provide best-in-class Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to relevant geographic labor and employment laws.
- Innovate and Improve Processes: Continuously improve existing recruiting processes and develop innovative strategies to attract top talent. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Be an ambassador for the Parser mission and purpose, strengthen our employer brand and inspire candidates to join Parser.
- Support pre-Onboarding activities in collaboration with hiring managers and HR colleagues
What you will bring to the role?
Role requirements:
- +5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for various tech and data roles either in an agency or in an IT/software company.
- Exceptional sourcing and assessment skills, deep understanding of talent market trends, and ability to provide with reliable market insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage open demand in different countries at the same time.
- Outstanding organization, analytical, and prioritization skills
- Stakeholder Influencer: Confident working with executive teams and hiring managers.
Location
- Madrid: The role requires two to three days a week at the office.
