Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Architect Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team.

Responsibilities

→Independently perform a wide variety of conventional and moderately complex architectural assignments by applying architectural design standards, practices, and techniques.
→Exercise discretion and independent judgment in developing original designs.
→Apply standard architectural techniques and demonstrate thorough familiarity with company procedures.
→Perform a variety of assignments, including:
- →Conducting architectural studies.
- →Developing design concepts and design criteria.
- →Preparing related reports.
→Review CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by architectural designers.
→Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
→Write construction specifications and prepare detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
→Interface with suppliers as required.
→Coordinate work with engineering and construction teams at the project site.
→Review, approve, and issue detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.
→Provide the seal and signature of a professional architect when required by statute or contract.
→Provide technical guidance to architectural designers and drafters working on the same project.
→Perform other responsibilities associated with this position, as appropriate.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant architectural or engineering experience, or a broad general engineering background.
Professional registration may be required.

The potential to perform in a lead capacity.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with industry practices, standards, and regulations.
Thorough knowledge of current technology.
Ability to select and apply appropriate architectural and engineering software for use on projects
