What you will be doing: Design and evolve complex digital solutions using M365, Azure Cloud, and event-driven patterns to support global scalability. Implement advanced automation solutions, including self-healing remediation runbooks, incident triage, and Power Platform-based business process automation. Lead the deployment of secure, scalable backend services and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with third-party platforms and internal digital ecosystems. Drive the adoption of modern technologies (SaaS, Entra ID, Global Secure Access) to replace legacy systems like traditional VPNs. Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Frontend teams to shape technical roadmaps and deliver high-quality, customer-centric features. Enforce stringent security and compliance policies across digital environments, mitigating vulnerabilities and managing identity lifecycles. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and high engineering standards. What our client is looking for: 5 - 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or digital support roles. Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus), and Entra ID. Proven experience with PowerShell, Power Automate, and building automated remediation workflows. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, client-side networking patterns, and asynchronous messaging systems. High emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse stakeholders.
