Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales and Guest Satisfaction: Deliver friendly, efficient service that supports sales goals and creates a positive guest experience.

• Front Counter & Drive-Thru: Accurately take customer orders, operate the register, process cash and other payments, and ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.

• Cash Handling: Handle cash and payment transactions accurately while following all company procedures for cash management and register operations.

• Customer Service: Greet guests, respond to questions and concerns professionally, and provide prompt and courteous service.

• Kitchen & Food Preparation: Assist in food production areas, including the steam table, prep area, fry station, and other designated stations. Follow recipes, portion standards, food safety procedures, and equipment instructions.

• Production Table Work: Prepare, assemble, package, and maintain food items according to company standards for quality, accuracy, and presentation.

• Multitasking: Effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

• Cleaning & Restaurant Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant by completing routine cleaning and sanitation duties in dining areas, kitchen areas, workstations, equipment, and other assigned areas.

• Following Company Policies: Follow all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, food handling standards, and operational guidelines.

• Teamwork: Work cooperatively with team members and management to maintain smooth restaurant operations and provide excellent customer service.

• Equipment & Safety: Follow proper operating procedures for restaurant equipment and immediately report equipment issues, safety concerns, or other operational problems to management.

• Food Quality & Safety: Follow proper food preparation, storage, handling, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures to maintain food quality and comply with applicable food safety requirements.
