**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our team at Payne Brownsville Volkswagen/Mitsubishi. The Finance Assistant will support our finance department in various administrative tasks related to vehicle loans, lease contracts, and financial transactions.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Finance or related field preferred
- Prior experience in a finance or administrative role is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in processing loan applications and lease contracts
- Review financial documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain records of financial transactions
- Communicate with customers to gather necessary financial information
- Provide administrative support to the finance department
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding paperwork or payments

**Salary:**
