About the Role

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with CS, Product, Brand Marketing, and other teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and the member experience.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), utilizing insights to refine channel mix, messaging, and budget allocation
  • Experience & Track Record: 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, ideally within the healthcare, health-tech, or B2B2C space
  • Operational Expertise: Proficiency in architecting and scaling programs within a major Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) like Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, or Braze. Significant hands-on experience is required—you must know how to build campaigns flawlessly to design a scalable system for others.
  • Acquisition Expert: Deep expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns across email/SMS/push, paid social, search, content marketing, and organic growth levers
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate complex business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps. You thrive on designing scalable systems and solving complex, ambiguous problems. You can set the vision and lead the technical execution of major, cross-functional projects.
  • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency with monitoring marketing analytics and a strong ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
