About the Team

Paytm Ads is the digital advertising platform of Paytm, enabling brands to reach and engage with over 350M+ users across Paytm’s ecosystem of 200+ payment, commerce, and retail services—both online and offline. By leveraging transaction signals and behavioral insights, Paytm Ads enables advertisers to target highly relevant consumer cohorts and deliver performance-driven campaigns. 

Role Overview
The Growth Manager will execute end to end growth initiatives for the Paytm scratchcards & deals business within Paytm ads. This role demands high aptitude, strong analytical depth with robust collaboration with stakeholder teams across product, sales, operations, platform and revenue heads.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of cross functional growth initiatives across category and functions
- Program manage - initiative progress, stakeholder engagement, product asks, while representing the business team
- Business planning for the ad property portfolio to ensure optimal revenue per impression
- Reporting and insights - work closely with analytics and data science teams to drive insights and presentations for business reviews, leadership reviews
- Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, and CRM teams to track performance on growth projects assigned

Experience & Aptitude
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 4-8+ years of experience in Growth, Product, Strategy or Marketing 
- Past experience in growth or strategy/ planning roles in B2C/ ecommerce/ consumer internet businesses is a plus
- Demonstrated high aptitude and strong analytical problem-solving ability.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, data-focussed environment
- Proven past experience in driving strategic growth initiatives.
