Warehouse Inbound Coordinator | Supply Chain Management

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Inbound Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound operations in our warehouse, ensuring an efficient workflow, and maintaining accurate records. This role includes vendor coordination, reconciliation processes, and oversight of Value-Added Services (VAS) and Quality Control (QC) activities.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound and Outbound Operations Management : Oversee and manage all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing at the warehouse.

MS Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced MS Excel skills for tracking data, analyzing inbound metrics, and preparing reports.

Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of inbound shipments to maintain accuracy in inventory levels and address discrepancies effectively.

Shift Management: Work flexible hours, including day and night shifts, to ensure optimal coverage of inbound operations.

Travel Coordination: Travel to our warehouse location to oversee operations and coordinate with the team on-site.

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to ensure timely deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships.

Warehouse Management: Assist in the overall management of warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.

Value-Added Services (VAS) & Quality Control (QC): Support and manage value-added services and quality control activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.

Reports & MIS: Prepare comprehensive reports and maintain Management Information System (MIS) records for upper management review.

Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics.

Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective vendor coordination.

Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.

Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Willingness and adaptability to a 6-day working schedule.
