Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Home Health RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while working closely with physicians, patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
We are looking for a nurse who is confident working independently, clinically strong, organized, and committed to providing high-quality care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Georgia
- Previous Home Health and OASIS experience required
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong organization and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the clinical team
- Dependable, professional, and patient-focused
