Senior Survey Crew Chief

• →Manage field crew in normal survey field operations for construction, property surveys and design surveys.
• →Coordinate field layout for buildings and sites.
• →QA/QC site control and layout information from the office.
• →Read and understand construction plans and property plats.
• →Manipulate digital cut sheets and point data in files.
• →Oversee field instrument operations.
• →Client communication on job sites.
• →Manage use of field data controller and file transfers.

• High School Diploma
• Minimum years of experience: 8-12 years with a concentration in commercial construction.
• Capable of field work which may include heavy manual labor
• Logical mindset
• Adaptive understanding of problems
• Experienced in field staff management
• Solid math skills

• Experienced in Excel spreadsheets and computers
• Experienced in modern survey technology and equipment
• Looking for growth in professional career
• Knows some AutoCAD

TARGET SALARY RANGE:  $62,400 - $90,000 (per year) or $30-$45 per hour based on experience
