Salon Supervisor + Manager on Duty - All Locations

Location: Columbus Area | Multiple PENZONE Salon + Spa Locations
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Open availability including nights + weekends

As a Salon Lead + Manager on Duty (MOD), you'll help keep the salon running smoothly while creating an elevated experience for both guests + team members.

You'll serve as a go-to resource for the team, help navigate day-to-day salon needs, and step into a leadership role during opening + closing shifts. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to grow their leadership skills in a fast-paced salon environment.

• →Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) during opening + closing shifts
• →Help set the tone for a positive, welcoming + productive salon environment
• →Support Support Professionals with scheduling, appointment book changes + call-offs
• →Help address guest questions + concerns and find timely solutions
• →Provide an extraordinary guest experience while modeling PENZONE standards
• →Complete daily opening + closing responsibilities
• →Assist with cash drawers, petty cash + deposits
• →Travel between Columbus-area PENZONE locations based on business needs
• →Attend company meetings as needed
• →Support additional salon needs + projects as assigned

• Previous leadership, supervisory or management experience preferred
• A genuine interest in leading, coaching + supporting a team
• Strong written + verbal communication skills
• Organized, dependable + detail-oriented
• Self-motivated with a solutions-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Confident handling guest concerns with professionalism + care
• Professional, polished + fashion-forward presentation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation + willingness to work across PENZONE Columbus-area locations
• Availability to work +40 hours per week, including nights + weekends
