Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, landscape design, horticulture or a related field is preferred
7+ years of experience in landscape architecture.
Experience using software such as AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Revit, Photoshop, etc. with the ability to read and create technical drawings including 3D renderings.
Understanding of zoning requirements and permit procedures by town/state.
Knowledge of products and materials, grading and drainage.

→Preparing landscape plans from conceptual design to final design, incorporating all components of a full landscape design plan.
→Coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
→Acting as a strategic leader on our design/build team.
→Ability to mentor and train junior landscape designer professionals.
→Organizing and tracking all town and state permit requirements ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
