We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing agency. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, and a proven track record of improving organic search performance for multiple clients across various industries. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that increase visibility, traffic, leads, and revenue.
Responsibilities

- → Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for agency clients.
- → Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- → Create and optimize on-page SEO elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content structure.
- → Develop content optimization recommendations based on search intent and keyword opportunities.
- → Execute local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization and citation management.
Technical SEO
- → Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting website performance.
- → Monitor website health, crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and mobile usability.
- → Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- → Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, redirects, and canonicalization.
Analytics & Reporting
- → Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms.
- → Provide regular client reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- → Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and key SEO KPIs.
- → Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis.
Client & Team Collaboration
- → Participate in client meetings and present SEO strategies, findings, and performance updates.
- → Collaborate with content writers, PPC specialists, designers, and developers to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.
- → Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and SEO best practices.
- → Mentor junior SEO team members when needed.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of SEO experience, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

- Google Tag Manager (preferred)
- Looker Studio (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with WordPress and popular CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience with e-commerce SEO (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
- Understanding of content marketing and conversion optimization.
- Experience with AI-assisted SEO workflows and content optimization tools.
