As a Behavioral Health Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide compassionate nursing care while serving as an essential member of our multidisciplinary treatment team.

• →Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• →Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to adolescents in a residential behavioral health setting
• →Monitor resident progress and communicate changes in condition to the treatment team
• →Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• →Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• →Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, case managers, and nursing staff to coordinate care
• →Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
• →Promote a safe, therapeutic, trauma-informed treatment environment
• →Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
• →Mentor and support fellow nursing team members while contributing to a positive team culture
• →Advocate for resident safety, dignity, and quality care

We're seeking nurses who are compassionate, dependable, collaborative, and committed to making a meaningful impact.

• Active Missouri Licensed Practice Nurse (PN) license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care

• Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience
• Pediatric or adolescent nursing experience
• Residential treatment or inpatient psychiatric experience
