The Growth Marketing Director is responsible for driving qualified pipeline and supporting B2B revenue objectives at Perkbox.
This role leads the strategy and execution of demand generation, integrated campaigns, brand activation and channel performance to deliver measurable commercial impact. Growth Marketing connects new business and client growth objectives across campaigns, channels and operations - ensuring SaaS revenue growth, benefit penetration and new public sector lives are supported by a scalable, data-driven growth engine.
You will operate at the intersection of commercial strategy and marketing execution, translating go-to-market priorities into predictable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Pipeline & Revenue Growth
Own qualified lead and pipeline generation targets across private and public sector segments.
Drive new business acquisition through integrated, multi-channel demand programmes.
Lead public sector go-to-market activity to generate and convert new public sector lives.
Build scalable client growth initiatives that drive SaaS revenue expansion through upsell and cross-sell, and increased benefit penetration and utilisation across the existing client base.
Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure marketing activity aligns with account strategy, coverage plans and revenue priorities.
Integrated Campaign and Content Strategy
Lead end-to-end campaign planning aligned to revenue, segment and vertical objectives.
Own our thought-leadership content calendar and roadmap, championing new and differentiated ways to translate our market message into engaging formats.
Connect digital, paid media, organic, automation, PR, social, ABM and events into cohesive demand programmes.
Ensure campaigns support both acquisition and client growth objectives.
Align events, PR and social media strategy with broader demand generation activity and business objectives.
Translate commercial priorities into structured quarterly and annual campaign roadmaps.
Growth Engine & Performance Optimisation
Own marketing forecasting, channel mix strategy, budget allocation and ROI measurement across growth initiatives.
Establish clear KPIs across acquisition, SaaS expansion and benefit penetration performance.
Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to optimise funnel conversion, attribution, pipeline velocity and reporting.
Embed a culture of experimentation, testing and continuous optimisation.
Deliver clear performance reporting to executive leadership with commercial accountability.
Brand Campaigns & Market Presence
Lead brand-led campaigns that increase awareness and strengthen category positioning across target ICPs.
Amplify thought-leadership initiatives and content across growth channels to drive reach and engagement.
Increase Perkbox visibility within priority verticals, including public sector audiences.
Ensure brand activity is commercially connected and supports pipeline outcomes.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Build, lead and develop a high-performing Growth Marketing function across digital, automation, events, PR and social.
Establish clear ownership, accountability and performance standards within the team.
Implement structured planning, execution and reporting rhythms.
Develop team capability in data-driven marketing and commercial impact measurement.
Adopt a growth-mindset to stay on top of marketing trends and technology including AI-first problem solving.
Experience in B2B growth, demand generation or performance marketing leadership, ideally within SaaS or technology.
Demonstrable track record of driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth at scale.
Experience operating across both new business acquisition and client expansion strategies.
Strong commercial acumen with experience partnering closely with Sales and Revenue Operations.
Deep understanding of digital acquisition channels, marketing automation and analytics.
Experience marketing into complex buying environments, ideally including public sector procurement.
Strong leadership capability with experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
