In this role, you will support business clients in the digital marketing space, helping them re-engage with platform solutions and grow their online presence. You will manage client relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the success of marketing strategies in a dynamic and international environment.


  • Reach out to former clients and support their reactivation and renewed engagement
  • Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, building long-term relationships
  • Develop and follow a structured plan to grow your client portfolio
  • Identify opportunities to increase client investment in marketing solutions
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and online meetings
  • Understand client goals and provide tailored marketing recommendations
  • Act as the main point of contact, offering solutions aligned with client needs
  • Meet sales targets, KPIs, and quarterly goals
  • Stay up to date with product updates, best practices, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch or German or Italian or French (C1/C2) with good English skills
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or account management
  • Understanding of sales strategies and sales pipelines
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Interest or experience in digital marketing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and upsell solutions
  • Good organizational skills and self-motivation
  • Knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus

  • Hybrid role (office presence on Wednesdays and Thursdays)
  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00
