Banquet Server (Part-Time)(Seasonal)

TPC River Highlands is a private golf club located in Cromwell, Connecticut, just outside of Hartford. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of professional food and beverage service standards
• Minimum of 6 months of food and beverage or banquet service experience preferred

• →Deliver warm, refined service that reflects TPC Values and elevates the guest experience
• →Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming and polished atmosphere
• →Set up, maintain, and break down banquet spaces, including tables, décor, and service stations
• →Serve food and beverages—including beer, wine, and spirits—in accordance with event orders, brand standards, and service protocols
• →Maintain pristine presentation using proper garnishes, china, glassware, and flatware
• →Ensure banquet service areas are clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
• →Complete side work duties such as polishing, rolling silverware, restocking, and organization
• →Monitor and attend to guest satisfaction and escalate concerns, including intoxication, to leadership immediately
• →Adhere to all alcohol service guidelines (R.A.M./TIPS) and applicable State and Federal regulations
• →Support special projects and assist with additional duties as needed
• →Represent PGA TOUR Golf Course Properties with professionalism and operate within all established guidelines

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; kneel; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, color vision, distance and peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
