• →Coordinate with the project team to develop project scope, objectives, and strategies during the preconstruction phase.
• →Conduct thorough site evaluations and analysis to identify potential challenges, risks, and opportunities.
• →Prepare accurate cost estimates, material quantities, and timelines for project proposals.
• →Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• →Utilize industry-standard software for estimating, scheduling, and project management.
• →Present preconstruction proposals and recommendations to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• →Continuously monitor and update project budgets, schedules, and specifications throughout the preconstruction phase.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in industrial or commercial projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical knowledge of building construction trades.
