- Working Arrangements: Hybrid. The primary office is in Canberra, however working remotely from an alternate location, including work from home, or flexible work arrangements may be considered. Any approval is at the sole discretion of the Buyer. All required travel to and from location will be at the Seller's expense.

Performance Testers examine and report on the responsiveness and stability of systems and their components under workloads.
Responsibilities
~2 min readThe Services, delivered in collaboration with and under supervision by nominated AFP personnel, include, but are not limited to, the following:
- → Ensuring outputs are achieved within the strategic direction of the AFP;
- → Create Test Strategy and Test Plan;
- → Create, review and execute manual and automated test cases (functional and non-functional), test scenarios, compose defect reports and manage failed test back-logs;
- → Familiarity with automated testing software
- → Co-ordinate with the Business Analysts, Vendor personnel, reviewing requirements/specifications and defining test conditions;
- → Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix
- → Understanding of Software Development processes including agile and DevOps.
- → The creation, execution and maintenance of test scripts to ensure quality control standards are achieved;
- → Identifying, analysing and resolving issues impacting the suite of applications and ensuring defects are fixed and promoted to production successfully;
- → Review and reporting of test activities and results;
- → Provide knowledge/skills transfer to other teams; and
As part of the services, the seller must ensure the specified personnel:
- → Maintains currency in information technology processes and technical knowledge through ongoing professional development.
- → Establishes and maintains effective business relationships and professional networks.
- → Contributes to and implements improved ICT practices and procedures.
- → Provides mentoring, coaching and training.
- → Works effectively in a small team environment, and wider Command environment.
- → Remains accountable for accurate completion of work within timeframes and quality requirements, shares own expertise with others and guides and mentors less experienced buyer employees; and
- → Records and maintains files/information in accordance with buyer requirements.
AFP Band 7 or 8 Work Level Standards to apply.

Technical skills candidates would need to have, including but not limited to, are listed below:
- Experience testing across multiple technologies including the ServiceNow platform and complex integration solutions.
