Job Duties: Build cutting edge technology using the latest advances in deep learning and machine learning to personalize the app. Partner closely with teams  to experiment and improve machine learning models for various product surfaces (Homefeed, Ads, Growth, Shopping, and Search), while gaining knowledge of how machine learning works in different areas Use data driven methods and leverage the unique properties of our data to improve candidates retrieval. Work in a high-impact environment with quick experimentation and product launches. Keeping up with industry trends in recommendation systems. Part-time telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from Pinterest office in Seattle, WA.

Minimum Requirements: Doctorate degree (or a foreign equivalent) in Statistics and Operations Research, or a related field and 1 (one) year of experience in the job offered or in a related position.

Special Skill Requirements: Must have at least one (1) year of experience in each of the following: 1. Machine learning; 2. Deep learning 3. Natural language Processing; 4. Recommender Systems; 5. Statistical modeling and experimental design; 6. Distributed computing (e.g., Spark, Hadoop); 7. AWS; 8. Python, SQL; 9. PyTorch/TensorFlow.  Part-time telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from Pinterest office in Seattle, WA.

Salary: $ 255,000.00 - $ 332,012.00 per annum
