Demonstrated ability to drive AI collaboration within a team, helping others adopt AI for real engineering challenges

Able to deliver cross-platform projects by leveraging AI, without being limited to a single platform or tech stack

Deep understanding of DeFi products, with personal hands-on experience in spot trading, futures, and swaps

Strong communication skills; comfortable working in Mandarin day-to-day
