Are you a strong leader with a passion for livestock production, operations management, and building high-performing teams? Spronk Brothers is seeking a Director of Production & Operations to lead our swine production, marketing, maintenance, and milling teams while driving operational excellence across the organization.

What You'll Do:

✅ Lead and develop teams across nursery, finish, marketing, maintenance, and milling operations
✅ Manage 7-10 direct reports, 20 indirect reports, and 20 contract growers
✅ Maintain efficient and cost-effective pig flow and strong biosecurity standards
✅ Oversee feed manufacturing, grain receiving, trucking logistics, and facility maintenance projects
✅ Build strong relationships with contract growers and ensure fulfillment of packer commitments
✅ Create a collaborative, productive, and high-performance work environment

What We're Looking For:

✔ 2+ year degree in Business, Ag Business, or related field preferred
✔ 3-5 years of experience in livestock production, operations management, ag business, or related industries
✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✔ Valid driver's license required
✔ Class A CDL preferred
