Join Our Team as an Employee Onboarding & Transportation Specialist!

Do you enjoy helping people feel welcome and supported as they begin a new chapter in their lives? PIPESTONE is looking for an Employee Onboarding & Transportation Specialist to help new team members successfully transition into their roles, housing, and local communities.

In this role, you'll:

▪ Welcome and support new hires during onboarding
▪ Coordinate transportation to orientations, appointments, and work locations
▪ Assist with housing and move-in logistics
▪ Help employees navigate banking, Social Security, grocery shopping, and other essential services
▪Serve as a trusted connection between employees, HR, and farm leadership

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and passionate about helping others succeed. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly preferred, along with a valid driver's license and a commitment to providing excellent support.
