As Logistics Manager, you lead demand planning, scheduling, warehousing & delivery operations for Plastipak’s Atlanta facility. You collaborate with multiple functions, including Quality, Procurement and Manufacturing Production, as well as carriers, vendors and customers. Your team contributes to Plastipak’s ranking as an industry leader in the design and manufacture of rigid plastic containers.

What We Offer

✓Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred

✓Minimum of 7-10 years of experience with logistics/warehousing/production planning functions within a manufacturing environment

✓An in-depth understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and distribution functions

✓Proven experience managing a team

✓Solid leadership, influence and interpersonal skills to relate with and motivate people

✓Excellent critical thinking, analytical & reporting skills

✓Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma & continuous improvement practices

✓ERP system proficiency, with SAP preferred
