Responsibilities

Trained frontline customer service agents in a BPO or outsourced environment
→
Handled customer service tickets directly (email, chat, or phone), or worked close enough to those queues to train on them credibly.
→
Near-native spoken and written English.
→
Actively uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to draft training material, SOPs, or questions.
→
Comfortable building something from scratch with no pre-set curriculum or system handed to you.
