Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist to manage employee relations, ensure labour law compliance, and support a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement employee relations policies with HR. Advise managers and staff on labour-related matters. Handle grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution. Represent the company in disciplinary, CCMA, Bargaining Council, and Labour Court matters. Manage union negotiations and collective bargaining processes. Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation. Maintain accurate employee relations records and reports. Requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ industrial relations experience. Strong knowledge of South African labour laws. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
