Compliance Manager - MGA/London Market

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to play a key role in the continued success and growth of our MGA platform within the PCIS business. Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, you will take ownership of the oversight, onboarding, and regulatory management of our network of Appointed Representatives (ARs).

This is a high-impact position, combining regulatory expertise with operational delivery. You will lead initiatives to strengthen compliance frameworks, support business growth through AR onboarding, and ensure an excellent, compliant customer journey.
