Machine Helper - 1st Shift

$16.63/hr., Full-time, Monday thru Friday with overtime required when necessary, including some weekends.

This is an entry-level hourly position with growth potential!  You will be responsible for all activities associated with helping operators on your assigned machine.  This includes setup, operation, clean-up, quality checks and recommending improvements to operations.

• Strong desire to learn and grow in a state-of-the-art, fast-paced environment
• Manufacturing experience preferred

• →Work at a fast-pace set by the machine operator in order to adhere to production schedule.
• →In accordance with proper techniques, assist in the set-up slotting, feed, and die cut sections on machine accurately.
• →Monitor board quality for any defects and report problems to the operator.
• →Complete all necessary reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
• →Willingness to move up the line of progression and cross-train on other machines.
• →Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintain good housekeeping.
