Super Operator

• Employee must be at 4 attendance points or less in order to be eligible to train for a Super Operator Position.
• Employee must be a Machine Operator to be eligible for a Super Operator Level.
• The employee must be able to efficiently operate 3 out of 4 machines listed below to obtain a Super Operator Level 1 resulting in a $1.00 per hour increase.
• The employee must be able to efficiently operate all 4 machines listed to obtain a Super Operator Level II resulting in a $0.50 per hour increase.
• Employees awarded a Super Operator position must maintain an attendance record of 4 points or less.
• The employee must stay active in operating those machines by running them at least 8 hours per month.
• The employee must be available to cover for operator vacancies or production coverage.

Schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts-8 hours of current role and 4 hours of training on the machine center selected by leadership.

• Testing includes operational, procedural and troubleshooting
• Performance requirements to certify vary depending on the machine
• Results will be provided after testing and maintained in HR
• Certification will be awarded on the next payroll after certification is approved
