## REVENUE INTERGRITY ANALYST / MANAGED CARE / REVENUE CYCLE ## 8AM T0 5PM / FULL TIME / 80 HOURS PER PAY PERIOD ## FULLY REMOTE ## The Revenue Integrity Analyst is responsible for supporting the financial and operational integrity of the health system’s revenue cycle through analysis, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of charging, coding, documentation, reimbursement, and payer operational workflows. This role serves as a liaison between clinical operations, finance, reimbursement, managed care, decision support, coding, CDI, patient access, and revenue cycle departments to ensure new services, procedures, devices, and technologies are operationalized effectively and reimbursed appropriately. ## The position identifies revenue leakage risks, reimbursement vulnerabilities, operational inefficiencies, and denial trends while supporting compliant charge capture and revenue optimization initiatives across the health system. ## Education ## Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree ## Additional requirements: * ## Type of degree: Bachelor’s Degree * ## Area of study or major: Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, Health Information Management or related field preferred. * ## ## Experience ## Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of job related experience ## Prior job title or occupational experience: Health care reimbursement, financial analytics, revenue integrity, coding or chargemaster ## Other experience requirements: Extensive knowledge various hospital reimbursement methodologies, APC, MS-DRG, APR-DRG, EAPG, case rate, etc. · Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, CMS reimbursement methodologies, and payer policies · Understanding of hospital revenue cycle processes, operations, and charge capture workflows · Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills · Experience with Epic reporting, Excel, SQL, dashboards, and data analysis preferred · Ability to communicate effectively with operational, physician and executive leadership · Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities simultaneously
