Scheduler Assistant / Interpreter Services

Position: Interpreter Services Scheduler Assistant Department: Interpreter Services Shift: Varies; shift hours 8:00 am-4:30 pm Facility: Miami Valley Hospital EPIC electronic medical records proficiency and strong administrative experience are key requirements for this role. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating interpreter services, managing patient and staff communications, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and supporting daily operational workflows. Utilizes EPIC, Microsoft Office, and other administrative systems to track requests, update records, and ensure efficient service delivery.
