This position is part-time, 21-hours per week. It will work 3, 7-hour days. It is part-time benefit eligible.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Welcomes patients and visitors as they enter clinic/department. Directs them to appropriate location including clinical, ancillary or business areas.
- →Helps patients needing assistance. Transfers patients in/out of wheelchairs using body mechanics techniques.
- →Follows clinic protocol in alerting appropriate personnel in emergency situations.
- →Handles customer concerns in helpful, objective manner, involving manager as appropriate.
- →Arranges for necessary transportation including cabs, clinic vans.
- →May assist in maintaining waiting areas.
- →Maintain lost and found.
Requirements

- 1-3 years Minimum of one year customer service experience or volunteer position Preferred
