Responsibilities

  • →Driving delivery of differentiated, secure, reliable, and commercially successful products. 
  • →Partnering closely with Product, Design, Security, Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to align engineering priorities with business outcomes. 
  • →Developing executive-level talent and building leadership capacity across the organization. 
  • →Ensuring engineering investments reflect customer needs, market dynamics, operational excellence, and company strategy. 
  • →As an enterprise leader, you will play a central role in driving transformation, strengthening execution, and helping the company deliver meaningful customer and business impact. 
  • Deep understanding of modern SaaS, cloud-native platforms, enterprise software, cybersecurity, data, AI, automation, and contemporary engineering operating models. 
  • Proven ability to connect technology strategy to business strategy, customer value, market differentiation, operational scale, and financial outcomes. 
  • Ability to anticipate market and technology shifts and translate them into actionable product, platform, and engineering strategies. 
  • Experience driving large-scale modernization, platform consolidation, architectural transformation, AI-assisted development adoption, and engineering productivity improvement. 
  • Strong executive judgment in portfolio prioritization, technical risk management, build-versus-buy decisions, vendor strategy, and investment tradeoffs. 
  • 15+ years of progressive software engineering leadership experience, including leading global, large, distributed engineering organizations. 
  • Experience delivering enterprise-grade SaaS, cloud, platform, data, AI, or mission-critical software products at scale. 
  • Enterprise architecture, platform modernization, cloud-native systems, and technology transformation. 
  • AI-enabled engineering productivity, automation, developer experience, and modern SDLC practices. 
  • SaaS operations, reliability engineering, scalability, observability, incident management, and cost optimization. 
  • Security, privacy, compliance, technical risk management, and secure software delivery. 
  • Executive communication, stakeholder influence, board-level storytelling, and cross-functional decision making. 
  • Global organizational design, workforce strategy, operating model design, and transformation leadership. 
  • Agile, Lean, DevOps, CI/CD, quality engineering, engineering metrics, and continuous improvement. 

Base Salary Range: $260,000 - $300,000 
This position is also eligible to participate in our performance-based annual corporate bonus plan. Final base compensation is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, education, demonstrable experience, and allowance for future and continued salary growth.
