Jr. Billing Analyst (Entry Level) JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective The Jr.
The Jr. Billing Analyst is responsible for assisting the Company’s billing operations and acts as a point of contact for internal billing concerns. The Billing Analyst assists by implementing and following administrative services and procedures, and communicates on a daily basis via phone and email to assist with questions, concerns, and accuracy.

- Ensures the daily support of internal and external clients, answering questions regarding billing, invoices, accuracy, etc.
- Researches various payroll issues for clients and internal teammates.
- Professionally services internal and external clients and collaborates with other representatives.
- Excels in customer service to ensure all clients are highly satisfied.
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure the accuracy of billing information.
- Monitors and responds to incoming requests for the Billing Team and provides supports as needed.
- Routinely reconciles client account billings and account discrepancies.
- Creates and maintains reports as required by Management.
- Monitors and evaluates current clients and their contracts and service agreements.
- Prepares and sends invoices.
- Audits invoices and payments for accuracy; implements and enforces practices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Other job duties as assigned
- College degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field.
- Needs to reside in the Eastern Time Zone
- Strong attention to detail.
- High understanding of and ability to develop proficiency in Company software and all other applicable software programs.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, detail oriented, and accountable.
- Excellent communication skills, responding to high volume of inquiries, and comfortable communicating in serious scenarios.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage and complete multiple projects and activities with strict time sensitive deadlines.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers/scanners. Overtime work may be required during quarter end and year end processes.
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday, and the employee is required to work an approved schedule that falls within the Company business hours of 8am-6pm.
