Your work will shape the day-to-day experience of real estate professionals, tenants, and owners across Australia and New Zealand.
What you bring

You have deep experience building high-quality, customer-facing software in a collaborative product environment with 8+ years of commercial software engineering experience and strong expertise in: 

• Modern .NET / C#, including async programming, testing, dependency injection, and performance 

• Designing and building Web APIs and scalable backend services 

• JavaScript or TypeScript in modern web applications 

• More than six months of Agentic software development experience 

• Experience with domain driven design, event-driven systems, observability, or distributed systems design 

How you work 

You take ownership beyond implementation—partnering with Product and Design to shape solutions, make sound decisions, and deliver to production.

You balance speed, scalability, and maintainability, design clean systems, communicate clearly, and use modern (including AI-assisted) workflows to improve quality and productivity.

• Vue in production 

• AWS and cloud-native architecture patterns 
• Mentoring engineers and lifting engineering standards through code reviews and collaboration 

 Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of complex features and systems 
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and automated tests 

• Make pragmatic architectural and technical decisions that balance short-term delivery with long-term sustainability 

• Identify and proactively address technical risks and bottlenecks 

• Provide valuable feedback and technical guidance through pull requests, pairing, and collaboration 

• Contribute to engineering standards, practices, and continuous improvement across the team 

• Support the practical use of Lean and Agile principles in software delivery
