PL: EMEA Communication & Coordination Lead

Our Client is an independent commercial real estate advisory firm operating within a leading global real estate network. As part of its continued growth in Poland and increasing involvement in international projects across EMEA, the company is looking for an experienced professional combining strong client-facing skills, commercial awareness and international coordination capabilities. EMEA Communications & Coordination Lead /Warsaw-based/ PL/2609/ECCL Main responsibilities (but not restricted to): Acting as a central coordination point for selected initiatives across the EMEA network Facilitating cooperation between European markets and the global headquarters Coordinating international meetings, projects, working groups and cross-border initiatives Managing regional and global pitch processes for multinational clients Preparing and coordinating proposals, presentations and executive-level client materials Collecting and consolidating market intelligence and contributions from multiple countries Supporting the development of integrated solutions for international corporate occupiers Participating in business development, client meetings and strategic projects in Poland Supporting the preparation and coordination of selected external communication materials and market-facing initiatives Working alongside senior real estate professionals on tenant representation assignments Supporting negotiations and cooperation with leading landlords, developers and asset managers Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, consulting, professional services, business development or a related environment Strong experience working directly with clients, senior executives and multiple international stakeholders Excellent communication, presentation and project coordination skills Strong analytical and commercial judgment Excellent written and spoken English High level of ownership, independence and professional maturity Ability to comfortably combine strategic, operational and client-facing responsibilities Confident and efficient use of office productivity tools, CRM systems and AI-enabled solutions to support communication, coordination, analysis and client work Client offers: A highly visible role combining international exposure, business development and commercial real estate advisory Direct cooperation with senior decision-makers across Poland and the wider EMEA network Participation in international client pursuits and cross-border projects A high degree of autonomy in shaping the role around individual strengths, interests and natural working style Flexibility to build the role around commercial origination, client-facing work, project coordination or operational delivery The opportunity to take ownership of selected mandates and initiatives, while also contributing as a trusted support on wider projects An entrepreneurial working environment with short decision-making paths and significant individual responsibility Performance-based commercial participation for independently originated client relationships and new mandates If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply by sending your updated CV via the “I’m Interested” button.
