Great work starts with a great foundation, and we build that foundation through our 10-week Associate Intern Program. Associate Interns dive into every aspect of the business, gaining a deep understanding of our clients, their ambitions and what drives their customers.

Associate Interns work across our multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with colleagues across the organization. Depending on the project, you may work alongside Partners, Designers, Insights Specialists, Content Strategists and other experts, gaining first-hand experience of Prophet's collaborative approach to consulting.

From day one, you will act as an Associate and an active member of a client project team, working on real client challenges and taking responsibility for Associate-level deliverables.

• Gain a deep understanding of our client’s business and customer base, understanding how our clients grow and what market conditions (digital trends, shifting customer needs, etc.) may impact that growth and transformation.
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams to help answer key strategic customer, growth, and transformation questions through business strategy, brand, marketing, and digital strategies.
• Leverage AI alongside primary and secondary research to generate insights, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and help structure ambiguous business questions.
• Share your point of view and present insightful and actionable recommendations to internal senior leaders and the project team.

• Have well-developed critical thinking, problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
• Have a passion for business strategy, brand, digital and marketing, and how they drive growth.
• Are naturally curious, enjoy learning and challenge assumptions.
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt as situations and priorities evolve.

• Use AI tools confidently while applying your own critical thinking and judgment to the outputs.

• Final-year student, recent graduate, or up to 2 years' experience in a related field outside consulting.
• Relevant work authorization for the office the role is based.
• Business-level German and English.
• Able to start the internship by October 2026 at the latest.
• Familiarity with AI tools, AI strategy or implementation experience, and/or exposure to GenAI applications.
